What we do<\/h1>\n

We strive to achieve good quality, well considered and life enhancing architecture. We tailor our services to provide targeted and appropriate architectural services to construction projects that typically range from \u00a3100k to \u00a32m in value. Generally, we apply ourselves to larger or more complex house remodelling and extension projects throughout Cheshire, North Staffordshire and around Manchester (although we do undertake commercial works, smaller projects and venture further afield \u2013 recently working for clients in Abersoch, Windermere and at Ullswater). We arrive on most projects through previous client or building contractor referral and many of our clients are construction and property servicing professionals remodelling, extending or refurbishing their own houses or undertaking their own development projects.<\/p>\n

We collaborate with other design, planning and construction professionals and lead the design and procurement process, often on particularly complex and\/or historic and Listed Building projects. We love Listed Buildings and clients regularly call upon us to \u2018sort\u2019 challenging projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Established in 2011, Pooldam: Architectural is the trading name of Geoff Watts BA(Hons)Architecture BArch. Geoff forged into consultancy having worked in chartered architectural practice for almost twenty years. He is an adept and able architectural consultant with a proven track record and an aptitude for holistic design. Geoff is sociable but doesn\u2019t do social media.<\/p>\n

Pooldam: Architectural brings innovative, cost-conscious design and build-ability to architectural projects of all shapes and sizes.<\/p>\n
